Immediate Implants in the Aesthetic Zone with Horizontal Bone Reconstruction

The patient presents a total failure of an old bridge between teeth #21 (9) and #23 (11) with high horizontal/vertical mobility and marked absorption of the buccal bone plate in the area of tooth #23 (11) with active infection. The aesthetical is also very poor. The proposed treatment plan consisted of extracting teeth #21 (9) and #23 (11) with 2 immediate implants, with immediate load, bone reconstruction of the 2 tooth sockets, and horizontal bone increase of the entire buccal area. The patient doesn’t have the money to do a total maxillary rehabilitation.
